   ~ Site must contain a good amount of original content, either in       artwork, writing, or goodies.
   ~ No plagiarism. Everything on your site must be properly       credited if it is not original.
   ~ No rated R sites. Potentially offensive content such as nude       artwork or erotic writing is okay as long as that's not the sole       content of the site and it's hidden behind a warning.
   ~ A good design for your site is key. If it's hard to navigate, hard       to read, there's a probability that I will not link back. Quality is       preferred over quantity.
